Once your Internet service is ready, you will be issued a unique account number and PIN, which will be sent to you with your Internet login details. Then all you need to do is simply follow 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Dial the local access number:

Adelaide :	8104 2118
Brisbane :	3014 7628
Canberra :	6102 4218
Melbourne :	8687 5488
Perth :	6222 2058

Nationwide :	1300 765 052

Step 2

Listen to the prompts, enter your unique 8-digit account number followed by the “#” key and then enter the 4-digit PIN.

Step 3

Listen to the prompts, then dial the number you wish to call. To make Interstate or International call, simply dial :

0011 + country code + area code + local phone no + #

Example 1 - To make Interstate call from Melbourne to Sydney:

Dial Melbourne Access number (i.e. 8687 5488)
Enter your unique 8-digit account number followed by “#” key and the 4-digit PIN (e.g. 123456# 1234)
Dial 0011 + country code + area code + local phone number + “#” key (e.g. 0011 61 2 9123 4567#)

Example 2 - To make International call from Brisbane to UK:

Dial Brisbane Access number (i.e. 3014 7628)
Enter your unique 8-digit account number followed by “#” key and the 4-digit PIN (e.g. 123456# 1234)
Dial 0011 + country code + area code + local phone number + “#” key (e.g. 0011 44 20 7123 4567#
